Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of will reserve your spot to pick your puppy. The deposit is a promise to buy the puppy. If for whatever reason said puppy is unavailable, another choice will be offered. The deposit is included in the puppy's purchase price. The deposit is non-refundable but it is transferrable!! If something comes up you can pass and stay on the reservations list until you are in a better position to have a puppy. If after you have made your selection and breeder has marked the puppy as "SOLD," something happens and you can no longer purchase the puppy it will be up to the breeder at that time to determine if the deposit can still be transferred or if it must be forfeited.

Our puppies are priced according to the parents and the individual puppy. Please be sure to contact us with any questions regarding pricing of a puppy before applying a deposit. Once the pups are 4 weeks old each family in line will get a link that will have photos of each pup and each pups price will be listed under each individual puppy. We accept Cash, Credit, PayPal, and wire transfer. The puppy’s purchase price must be paid in full in order to pick up the puppy or arrange shipment.

***Our puppies are sold as pets only unless we discuss breeding rights. We will sponsor any approved breeder & include them in our network of breeders & clients. Dogs may have a higher surcharge which will be specified.
*Pups that notate "Pet Only" cannot be sold as breeding dogs.
***We reserve the right to cancel a puppy adoption at any time if we are uncomfortable with the placement. It is important to find the right fit for our puppies and our families; the puppies' well-being is always our biggest concern. Deposit may be returned at our discretion.

You will be updated with the pups progress weekly with photographs/videos and text via facebook, SMS, and our website, it is always alot of fun for our family. We will have many talks and we look forward to getting to know your family! At four weeks we will contact everyone on our waiting list and ask for your first and second choice. By this time the pups will begin to really show their personalities / temperaments / body structure. We are also here to assist you in choosing the perfect one.
We do not allow puppy visits before first shots are administered . This is a firm policy to safeguard all the puppies/moms' health, including the one you will choose. There are canine flu and parvo virus strains in the environment that can wipe out a whole litter in less than a week. We will not risk this. If you do not feel comfortable choosing until six weeks so you can meet your first and second choices, then you will have to forfeit your spot in line, as most families are comfortable choosing before the pups turn 4weeks old. Often all the pups are chosen long before 6 weeks. So it is a risk to wait, but you are welcome to take that risk. You may also transfer your deposit to a future litter.

How Our Waiting List Works:
Example: "Jackie" may be 5th in the overall line, but that doesn't mean she will be getting the 5th puppy. Jackie may be the first person in the line who has asked for a tricolor male. Two of the people ahead of her could be waiting for a tricolor female, another person waiting for a blue w/ white face female, and another wanting a pup when our next litter is born. Say we have a litter of all blue females and 2 tri males, Jackie would be contacted first & she would get to claim her tricolor male, because she was the first person in line. She has the option to pass & wait for the next litter if she wanted too, but she of course decides she wants "the tricolor boy with a solid head.
Charles is 9th in the overall line, but that doesn't matter because he is the next person in the line who has asked for a tricolor male. He would then be contacted and could claim the remaining male. The person 6th in line may have been waiting two litters for a all blue female, so she too would be contacted and would have the option to claim one of the blue females.
